Grilled Chicken with Hazelnut Butter

• 6 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
• 1 x butter melted
• 1 x tarragon leaves for garnish
• 1 x hazelnut butter

1. To grill chicken, rub with melted butter and grill.
2. Top chicken with 2 slices of hazelnut butter.
3. Serve with roasted new potatoes, grilled portabello mushrooms and sauteed escarole.
