Spinach-Miso Pesto Crostini

  1. Prepare the spinach-miso pesto, for recipe, please see link below.
  2. Toast the bread until brown and crunchy, 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Spread each slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of pesto.
  4. Place the roasted pepper slices over pesto.
  5. Serve.
  6. Make 4 appetizer servings.
