Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2/3 c. shortening
• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. minced nuts

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Beat Large eggs, vanilla and shortening and half of cake mix till light and fluffy.
3. Add in remaining cake mix, mix in chocolate chips and nuts.
4. Drop dough by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 10 to 12 min.
6. For chocolate chocolate chip cookies, same as above except use chocolate cake mix.
