Asian Style Honey Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Prepared stir fry sauce
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, may be doubled
- 4 tsp Peanut oil Or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 c. Small broccoli florets
- 2 c. Small mushrooms
- 1 sm Onion, cut into wedges and separated into 1-inch strips
- 1 med Carrot, cut diagonally into 1/3-inch slices
- In small bowl, combine honey, stir fry sauce and crushed red pepper flakes; set aside.
- In wok or possibly large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add in vegetables and toss while cooking, about 2-3 min.
- Add in honey sauce, stir till all vegetables are glazed and sauce is bubbly warm, about 1 minute.
- Serve as a vegetable side dish or possibly over steamed rice or possibly noodles for a main dish.
- Makes 4 servings.
