Jodi's Granola

  1. Saute oats in small amount of oil in frying pan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Place in bowl with all other ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spread on cookie sheet and bake until done but not burned -- about 20 minutes.
  5. Keep mixing so bottom doesn't get burned.
  6. The important thing about the ingredients is the ratio 8-1 between the rolled oats and everything else.
