Ginger Peach Freeze

• 24 ounces frozen sliced peaches
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream
• 12 teaspoon ginger
• 14 teaspoon allspice
• 14 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon lemon peel

1. Thaw peaches.
2. Let ice cream thaw enough to spoon easily.
3. Mash peaches with a fork.
4. Add spices and mix well.
5. Add ice cream.
6. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
7. Serve in chilled glasses.
