Laap Kai or thai spicy chicken salad
- 200 grams of fine slices of chicken
- 2 shallots slices
- 1 half of lime juice
- 2 tbsp spoon of finally chopped onion

- 1 tbsp spoon of chopped coriander
- 1 tsp spoon of chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp spoon of ground roasted rice
- 1/2 tbsp spoon of fish sauce
- 2 tsp spoon of pickled garlic juice
- 1 tsp spoon of chicken stock powder
- In the pot add chicken stock and slices chicken, heat on medium heat and slowly cook till chicken cook
- Add onion, shallots and roasted rice stir mix well
- Add garlic and the juice of pickled garlic stirring then add chillies flakes keep stirring
- Add chicken stock powder, fish sauce and lime juice keep stirring then add coriander, served with hot rice or eat as appetite
