Italian Macaroni And Cheese

  1. In a large pot, heat water and bouillon cubes.
  2. When boiling, add macaroni.
  3. Cook according to package instructions until just al dente.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Cut ham into small strips.
  6. Place a layer of pasta over bottom of a lightly greased pan.
  7. Sprinkle with ham. Continue to layer pasta and ham.
  8. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
  9. Pour mixture over macaroni. Top with grated cheese.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 35 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
