Hash Brown Casserole
- 32 ounces, weight Bag Of Shredded Hash Browns
- 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 10 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 3 cups Chopped Ham
- 3 bunches Green Onions, About 5 Onions To A Bunch, White Parts Only
- 1 pound Cooked Chopped Bacon
- 1/2 sticks Melted Butter For Topping
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- Combine all ingredients (except butter and bread crumbs) in a bowl and pour into a 9 x 13 buttered pan.
- Top with melted butter and then bread crumbs.
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
- Note: Use only the white part of chopped green onions.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
