Tomato Ketchup

  1. Combine tomatoes, tomato paste, onions and green pepper in saucepan. Simmer 30 minutes.
  2. Empty tomato mixture into food processor or blender.
  3. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Return to saucepan. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Stir often.
  6. Yields about 5 cups.
