Sunburst Pie

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl until completely dissolved.
  2. Add sour cream; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 40 min.
  4. or until mixture is thick enough to mound; spoon into crust.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
  6. Top with fruit and wafers just before serving.
  7. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
