Sunburst Pie
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 ready-to-use vanilla wafer crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup peeled kiwi slices
- 16 vanilla wafers
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl until completely dissolved.
- Add sour cream; mix well.
- Refrigerate 40 min.
- or until mixture is thick enough to mound; spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
- Top with fruit and wafers just before serving.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
