Almost Breadmaker Bread

  1. Combine ingredients in order given in breadmaker pail.
  2. Set for dough setting (2 hours).
  3. When done, remove from pail to a floured surface.
  4. Punch down.
  5. Grease 2 regular loaf pans.
  6. Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
  7. Roll into loaf size and shape.
  8. Place in greased pans.
  9. Cover with a cloth, and let rise 35 minutes, or until doubled in size, in a warm place.
  10. Preheat oven to 350F.
  11. Make 2 diagonal slashes on the top of each loaf.
  12. Place bread in centre of oven.
  13. Bake 30 minutes.
  14. Remove to cooling rack, and turn out of pans to cool.
