African-Spiced Vegetable Salad

  1. Steam first 3 ingredients, covered, 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Combine salt and next 5 ingredients in small skillet. Place over medium heat 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring constantly. Combine spice mixture, sour cream, vinegar and honey in medium bowl. Stir well. Add broccoli mixture and green onions; toss well to coat. Yields 2 servings of 1 cup each.
