Picnic Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1/2 pkg. macaroni (8 ounce.)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs
- Cook macaroni as directed on package; rinse in cool water; drain.
- In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lowfat milk, vinegar, salt, sugar.
- Add in macaroni, celery, onions, and Large eggs; toss to coat well.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hrs.
