Banana Cake Recipe

  1. Cream margarine till light.
  2. Gradually beat in sugar.
  3. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add in bananas, vanilla & lowfat sour cream.
  6. Sift dry ingredients together & fold into creamed mix just till blended.
  7. Topping: Combine nuts, sugar & cinnamon.
  8. Sprinkle half the topping over bottom of a well greased & floured tube pan.
  9. Spoon in half of the batter.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining topping & cover with remaining batter.
  11. Bake at 350F for 45 min.
  12. When finished, invert pan & cold.
  13. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar, if you like.
  14. NOTES : 2 Large eggs can be used instead of Egg Beaters.
  15. Nonfat lowfat sour cream can be used.
