New York Clam Chowder

  1. Brown pork: add onion and, when yellow, add potatoes, carrots, canned whole tomatoes and salt, pepper and water.
  2. Boil until potatoes and carrots are done.
  3. Add clams, thyme, and juice.
  4. Reheat.
  5. Serves 6.
