Foil-Pack BBQ Salmon
- 3 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Spoon coleslaw blend onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top with remaining ingredients.
- Fold to make 4 packets.
- Grill 10 min.
