Microwave Healthy-Er Chocolate Cake
- 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 14 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons pasteurized liquid egg-whites
- 1 tablespoon applesauce
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (more if desired)
- sugar, to sprinkle on top
- Mix the first 5 ingredients in a microwave save large mug.
- I like to use a large glass custard bowl.
- Add the next 5 ingredients and mix well.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top
- Sprinkle sugar on top.
- Put into the microwave.
- I cook it on high for 2 minutes first.
- Continue to cook at 50% power unitl the middle is set.
