Caramel Apple Swirl Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray; cover bottom with parchment.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add egg; beat on low speed just until blended.
  5. Prepare cake batter in separate bowl as directed on package; stir in apples.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Top with spoonfuls of cheesecake batter; swirl gently with knife.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  9. or until top is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  12. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  13. Drizzle over cake.
