Lemony Tuna Steaks

  1. Combine flour, Mrs.
  2. Dash, and parsley.
  3. Dredge tuna steaks in mix.
  4. Spray pan with Pam.
  5. Cook steaks over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove tuna from pan and keep warm.
  7. Deglaze pan with wine and lemon juice.
  8. Add capers.
  9. Pour over tuna steaks and serve.
