Stewed Rhubarb

  1. Toss rhubarb with sugar in medium saucepan.
  2. Add water; cover.
  3. Cook on medium heat 5 min.
  4. or until rhubarb is tender.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Top with the COOL WHIP DIPS just before serving.
  7. Refrigerate any leftover dessert.
