Breakfast Hash
- 4 oz Sausage
- 1/4 medium Red Onion
- 3 small Sweet Peppers
- 1 medium Red Potato
- 2 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 small Egg
- My ingredients are organic, pasture raised and drug free :)
- warm up sausage until juice starts to flow, then add onion and peppers... toss and mix together.
- Add water here and cover for 5 min.
- This will allow the potatoes to steam cook a little faster.
- When all is cooked to desired crispiness, add egg on top, turn of stove, cover and let egg cook with remaining heat.
- Cook egg until yolk is still runny, cut egg and mix in.
- Serve while hot!
