Healthy Green Fruit Dip
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 cup Fresh Packed Spinach
- 1/2 cups Gluten Free Oats
- 1/4 cups Coconut Shreds
- 1/4 cups Natural, Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavored Stevia Extract
- 1/4 cups Peanut Flour
- In a blender, blend almond milk with spinach, oats and coconut until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and blend.
- Add stevia and peanut flour, and mix until combined, or scoop out and stir in any remaining flour if mixture becomes too thick for your blender.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes for a chilled dip, or serve immediately with fresh fruit.
