Italian Sausage lentil soup

  1. Sort and rinse lentils, then add them to the 6 cups water.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Brown sausage over medium heat.
  4. Add drained meat to the lentils.
  5. Add chopped veggies to soup.
  6. Add seasonings and beef boulion.
  7. Simmer soup for 1 - 2 hours over med/low heat; until veggies are tender.
