Chili Cheese Corn
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups corn (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 14 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Combine cream cheese and butter in a large saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes (until smooth).
- Stir in milk and seasonings.
- Cook for another 5 minutes or until heated through.
