Burrito Bowls
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Thawed
- Your Favorite Seasonings, For The Chicken
- 1 bag (about 14 Oz. Size) Instant Rice (Southwest Is Best)
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 1 cup Pico De Gallo Or Salsa
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Grated Cheese - Any Kind
- Grill the chicken with your favorite seasonings and slice into thin strips.
- Cook the rice and beans.
- Layer rice, beans, and chicken in bowls.
- Layer with additional toppings (salsa, sour cream, cheese) and serve.
- Feel free to change the toppings out to fit your taste or dietary needs.
- This dish can easily be made for vegetarians.
