Thai Pepper Salad
- 3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, grilled, cut into thin slices Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 carrots, cut into strips Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until blended.
- Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
