Salmon Quiche

  1. Crust:
  2. Combine whole wheat flour, 2/3 cup cheese, almonds, salt and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Stir in oil.
  4. Set aside 1/2 cup crust.
  5. Press remaining crust into 9-inch quiche dish or pie pan. Bake crust in 400u0b0 oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove crust and reduce oven to 325u0b0.
