Asian Cod Recipe

  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or possibly wok.
  3. Add in the garlic, ginger, 5-spice and cod.
  4. Cook the cod for 3-4 min each side, over a moderate heat then remove from the pan and keep hot.

  6. Add in the pepper, onions, beansprouts, half the sesame seeds and the soy sauce.
  7. Cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  8. Transfer to a warmed serving dish, arrange the cod on top and sprinkle over the remaining sesame seeds.
  9. 3.
  10. Serve immediately with egg noodles or possibly Thai fragrant rice.
  11. NOTES : A quickly cooked spicy fish dish with colourful vegetables, using Chinese flavourings.
  12. You could use any white fish for this recipe.
