Garlic & Lemon Tilapia

  1. Place all ingredients in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Seal bag; turn over several times to evenly coat fish and vegetables with the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Spoon fish and vegetables evenly onto centers of four 18x12-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil.
  7. Bring up foil sides.
  8. Double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  9. Grill 10 min.
  10. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Cut slits in foil with sharp knife to release steam before opening each packet.
  12. Remove fish and vegetables from packets to serving plates; drizzle evenly with the reserved liquid from bottoms of packets.
