Beef Noodle
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- garlic to taste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 6 green onions and tops, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 7 to 10 oz. flat noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 to 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- Brown meat in skillet.
- Add butter, garlic, salt, sugar, pepper and tomato sauce and simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes. Combine the onions, cream cheese and sour cream.
- Using a 2-quart casserole, alternate the layers of beef mixture, cream cheese mixture, cooked noodles and grated cheese and repeat.
- Sprinkle top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 30 minutes.
