Charoses
- 6 -7 apples
- 12 lb pecans or 12 lb almonds
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons wine
- Pare and grate the apples.
- Chop the nuts very fine.
- Blend apples, nuts, cinnamon, sugar and enough wine to bind.
