Cranberry and Strawberry Cooler

• 1 cup ready cranberry juice
• 1 cup strawberry, washed hulled and chopped
• 1 tablespoon caster sugar
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream

1. Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender.
2. Serve immediately.
