Country Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine meat and 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce; spread evenly into greased deep 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Mix remaining sauce with rice; spoon over meat.
  4. Sprinkle with Velveeta; cover with foil.
  5. Bake 25 min.
  6. Remove foil.
  7. Continue baking, uncovered, 15 min.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. Carefully drain off any fat, then cut into 6 wedges to serve.
