A Touch Of German

  1. Melt 1/4 stick of the butter in boiling water, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Then pour box or package of rigatoni in boiling water.
  3. Also place kielbasa in a separate pan of boiling water.
  4. After noodles are fully cooked, pour in a frying pan with remaining 1/4 stick of butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup oregano in pan with the rigatoni.
  6. When kielbasa is fully cooked, slice all of the kielbasa in 1/2-inch round slices and pour in with rigatoni.
  7. Keep stirring rigatoni, mixing the kielbasa in the frying pan.
  8. Then break eggs over top of rigatoni and kielbasa, also stirring until egg is done and mixed in.
  9. Then place cheese on top of mixed dish in 3 different places.
  10. Cover with lid for 30 seconds, allowing the cheese to melt.
  11. Uncover your dish and serve with a nice grilled steak.
