A Touch Of German
- 3 slices cheese
- 1 pkg. kielbasa
- 1/4 c. oregano
- 1 box rigatoni
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper
- Melt 1/4 stick of the butter in boiling water, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Then pour box or package of rigatoni in boiling water.
- Also place kielbasa in a separate pan of boiling water.
- After noodles are fully cooked, pour in a frying pan with remaining 1/4 stick of butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup oregano in pan with the rigatoni.
- When kielbasa is fully cooked, slice all of the kielbasa in 1/2-inch round slices and pour in with rigatoni.
- Keep stirring rigatoni, mixing the kielbasa in the frying pan.
- Then break eggs over top of rigatoni and kielbasa, also stirring until egg is done and mixed in.
- Then place cheese on top of mixed dish in 3 different places.
- Cover with lid for 30 seconds, allowing the cheese to melt.
- Uncover your dish and serve with a nice grilled steak.
