Pears and Pecorino Cheese

  1. Slice the cheese thin and divide it among four plates.
  2. Cut the pears into quarters, core them and slice the quarters thin.
  3. Divide them among four plates.
  4. Warm the honey in a small saucepan and pour it lightly over the pears and cheese.
  5. Grind pepper over each plate and serve.
