Red 'n Blue Checkerboard Gelatin
- 1 bag JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor
- 1 bag JELL-O Berry Blue Gelatin
- 2-1/2 qt. Hot water, divided
- Dissolve each flavor of gelatin separately in 1-1/4 qt.
- (5 cups) of the hot water (or 2-1/2 cups hot water for the trial recipe).
- Pour each flavor into 2 separate full sheet pans (or 2 half sheet pans for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut gelatin into circles using a 2-inch round cookie cutter.
- Serve 2 of each colored gelatin circles on a clean checkerboard.
