Chorizo and Egg Toppers
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked Mexican chorizo, drained
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 30 RITZ Crackers
- Mix eggs, chorizo and mayo until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread about 1-1/2 tsp.
- of the egg mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
