New England Daiquiri

• Ice
• 1 ounce dark rum
• 1 ounce aged rum, preferably Jamaican
• 1/2 ounce pure maple syrup
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the dark rum, aged rum, pure maple syrup and lemon juice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
