No Bake Cappuccino Cheesecake

  1. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter thoroughly with fork in 9-inch pie plate until crumbs are well moistened.
  2. Press firmly against side of pie plate first, using finger or large spoon to shape edge.
  3. Press remaining crumbs firmly onto bottom using measuring cup.
  4. Dissolve coffee in milk.
  5. Beat milk mixture, filling mix and cinnamon with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
  6. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes.
  7. (Filling will be thick).
  8. Spoon into crust.
  9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  10. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
