Easy Swedish Meatballs Recipe

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients.
  2. Shape into balls; brown in skillet.
  3. Pour bouillon over meatballs; simmer for 20 min.
  4. Add in lowfat sour cream; stir till well mixed.
  5. Heat, keeping temperature low so cream won't curdle.
  6. May be served over warm noodles or possibly rice.
  7. Yield: 6 servings.
