Chocolatey Cookie Crunch Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  4. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Stir in sugar.
  6. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  7. Stir in flour until blended.
  8. Add 1 cup chopped cookies and raisins; mix well.
  9. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
  10. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  11. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  12. (Do not overbake.)
  13. Cool completely.
  14. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
