Spicy Barbecue Dry Rub

• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons dried onion
• 2 tablespoons dried garlic
• 2 tablespoons smoky paprika
• 2 tablespoons cumin
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. In a bowl combine sugar and salt, stirring until well combined.
2. Add spices and stir well until completely incorporated.
