Sauerkraut Relish Recipe
- 1 (1 lb.) jar sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1 quart. relish
- 1 c. coarsely minced lg. Spanish onion
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced green pepper
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimentos, liquid removed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Toss lightly, till well blended.
- Store in tightly covered 1 qt jar in refrigerator 24 hrs before serving.
- Keeps about 2 weeks.
