Mary's Potato Salad Recipe
- 10 lbs. potatoes
- 14 Large eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 med. stalk celery
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 c. Marzetti Slaw dressing
- Hellman's mayonnaise
- Peel potatoes before cooking.
- When cooked, while still warm, take a fork and break into small pcs.
- Saves a lot of time the next day when making the salad.
- Add in to the potatoes 12 cooked Large eggs, cut into small pcs.
- Add in the celery and green pepper (diced).
- Add in the slaw dressing and sufficient mayonnaise to suit your taste.
- Slice remaining Large eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika.
