Strawberry Stuffed French Toast

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
  3. Lightly coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray; set pan aside.
  4. Spread cream cheese evenly over cut sides of the croissants.
  5. Place cut sides back together.
  6. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk & cinnamon.
  7. Dip each filled croissant in the egg mixture for 30 seconds, coating both sides.
  8. Place in prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake about 15 minutes or until brown & heated through.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Serve with fresh strawberries & warm maple syrup.
