Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. vanilla pudding and pie mix
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can (16 ounce.) liquid removed peaches save juice
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Grease 10 inch pie tin.
- Combine first 9 ingredients.
- Beat 2 min.
- Pour in pie tin.
- Place liquid removed peaches on top of batter.
- Mix cream cheese and next 3 ingredients.
- Beat 2 min.
- Pour over peaches.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon pour on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
