Copy Cat Kraft Shake And Bake For Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Prepare the chicken following the same technique as described on the box of the original mix.
  3. Using 2 1/2 pounds of bone in chicken (6 to 8 pieces with or without skin) or 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves.
  4. Preheat oven to 400F.
  5. Moisten the chicken with water.
  6. Use a large plastic bag for the coating and use the same steps as described on the original package.
  7. Shake moistened chicken, 1 to 2 pieces at a time, in a bag with the coating mixture.
  8. Discard any remaining mixture and the bag.
  9. Bake in an ungreased foil lined 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan until cooked through - bone in - 45 minutes, boneless - 20 minutes.
