Macaroni Supreme
- 2 c. macaroni
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. chicken flavor bouillon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium red or yellow pepper
- 1 c. sliced, raw carrots
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. fresh broccoli
- Prepare macaroni as directed.
- Drain.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add chicken, cut up in chunks, bouillon and garlic; stir-fry until chicken is brown.
- Remove chicken.
- In same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and add onion, yellow pepper, carrots, broccoli, tarragon leaves and lemon pepper.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix with the macaroni.
- Add the chicken. Stir in cheese until cheese melts.
- Blend flour and milk and stir into mixture.
