Savory Beef Turnovers Recipe

- 1/2 c. hot water, 105 to 115 degrees
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Dill weed
- Preparation time: 1 hour.
- Rising time: 1 hour.
- Baking time: 20 to 30 min at 375 degrees.
- Yields: 16 turnovers.
